LiveBuild Cameroon 2015 - now
Donation: € 167.500
Since 2015, LiveBuild is one of the two organizations to which we make annual structural donations.
The LiveBuild Foundation is committed to building water and education facilities in Cameroon. The ultimate goal is that villagers can provide for their own basic needs so that they too can use their full strength to improve their own lives and those of others.
Update:
Last October, during our Water&Wine 2021, we were able to make another donation to the livebuild project worth €25.000. We are currently working hard on a video to map out all the updates. The video about the updates will be online as soon as possible.
General:
The 5 villages where work is going to be done are: Kake II, Small Ekombe, Diffa, Marumba I and Marumba II. LiveBuild, together with the financial support of EARTH Water, is helping these villages with 17.500 people in total to construct a water system. The water well in Kake II and the water company KASEMA are operating since last year.
"My dream is that all villages in South Western Cameroon will have a water system with clean drinking water. That there will be a tap every hundred metres." - project leader Eyole

CHIP
Thanks to the 'Rock and Run' event, organised by EARTH Concepts, de donation of Ziggo Dome and Taste of Christmas, we were able to donate € 32.500 to the LiveBuild project 'Children's Hygiene Intervention Program' (CHIP). Again, together with the 'Rock and Run' we collected more money for this beautiful project in 2015.
The goal of this project is to lower the number of children's deaths due to contaminated water with at least 20%. Click here for more information about this project of LiveBuild.
